Follow these simple steps to create your own batch of cinnamon sugar goodness:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 cup of sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.
