In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the prepared donut pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow the donuts to cool completely on a wire rack.
For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar and water in a bowl until smooth. If desired, add black food coloring to achieve a spooky look.
Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze, allowing the excess to drip off.
Once the glaze has set, use melted white chocolate or icing to create a spiderweb pattern on top of each donut.
