Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the maple syrup, coconut oil (or butter), sea salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl, pour the melted mixture over the raw almonds and stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
  • Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
