  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup chopped nuts optional
  • ½ cup sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Follow these simple steps to whip up your delicious Monster Blondies:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts, and sprinkles if using.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
