Follow these simple steps to create your own Monster Fudge:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, crushed cookies, and sprinkles to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1.5 hours or until it is firm to the touch.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.
