  • 8 cups of popped popcorn
  • 1 cup of marshmallows
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • ½ cup of candy corn
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup of colorful sprinkles
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: food coloring for added fun

Instructions
 

  • Follow these simple steps to create your own Monster Popcorn Balls:
  • Begin by popping the popcorn according to the package instructions. Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl, ensuring there are no unpopped kernels.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir constantly until they are fully melted and combined.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract. If you want to add food coloring, now is the time to do so!
  • Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and stir gently until all the popcorn is evenly coated.
  • Add the candy corn, chocolate chips, and sprinkles to the popcorn mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes. Once it is cool enough to handle, use your hands to shape the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the popcorn balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them set for about 10 minutes.
