Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or a blend
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 cup of melted cheese for the spiderweb effect

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips generously.
  • Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • While the nachos are baking, prepare the melted cheese for the spiderweb. In a small saucepan, melt additional cheese over low heat until smooth.
  • Once the nachos are out of the oven, use a spoon to drizzle the melted cheese in a circular motion over the nachos, creating a spiderweb effect.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
