Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips generously.
Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the nachos are baking, prepare the melted cheese for the spiderweb. In a small saucepan, melt additional cheese over low heat until smooth.
Once the nachos are out of the oven, use a spoon to drizzle the melted cheese in a circular motion over the nachos, creating a spiderweb effect.
Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
