Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the mixture, and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into finger shapes, making them slightly thicker at one end to resemble a knuckle.
Press a whole almond or slivered almond onto the top of each “finger” to create a nail.
Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once out of the oven, allow them to cool slightly before dipping the tips in melted green candy melts or chocolate.
If desired, drizzle some red food coloring to mimic blood for an extra spooky effect.
