In a mixing bowl, dissolve the green gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add ½ cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
Pour the green gelatin into clear cups, filling them about halfway. Place them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to partially set.
While the green layer is setting, dissolve the purple gelatin in another bowl with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add ½ cup of cold water to the purple gelatin mixture and stir well.
Once the green layer has partially set, carefully pour the purple gelatin on top of the green layer in each cup.
Return the cups to the refrigerator and allow them to set completely for another 3 hours.
Once set, top each cup with whipped cream and add gummy worms or other spooky candies for decoration.
